BION, inc is rolling out a new field safety program called Skill Signal. Skill Signal will allow us to run all training, toolbox talks and reports from our phones and iPads. We have already begun using the Daily Reporting Feature, AHA’s and the Incident Reports. We could not be prouder of Tyler and Tony for taking the National Apprentice of the Year Award for both HVAC and Plumbing! This award recognizes the outstanding skill and achievements of individuals who are enrolled in a plumbing or HVAC training programs around the nation. This is STEP’s highest honor and BION is so proud of both the field and office personnel who helped to make this happen. The award was based on BION’s application which was submitted via the ABC STEP Safety Management System. Congratulations to our 24 newly certified Medical Gas technicians and 2 newly certified Medical Gas inspectors who just completed and successfully passed the Medical Gas Examination. This process consisted of 32 hours of class work over a weeklong period, followed by a brazing test and 100 question written exam. BION helps prepare employees by hosting regular internal brazing clinics that instruct proper form and safety. 100% of the technicians and inspectors passes the exam, which is an outstanding accomplishment and
