Loudoun is the fastest-growing county in Virginia, adding an average of 950 residents per month according to 2016 U.S. Census data. To meet the needs of a growing population, in 2015 Inova Loudoun Hospital launched a five-year expansion plan, with an expected completion date of 2020.
