With so many changes federally and with each individual state defining “impairment” somewhat differently it was very important for the team to gain clarity and confirm best practices moving forward. On February 15, 2024 Danny Morrissey was given the State of Virginia’s highest honor, HVAC Apprentice of the Year. Virginia Works is working very hard to help enhance the apprentice programs around the state and has a very lofty goal of doubling the amount of apprentices by 2030.
