Senior Project Manager who has been at BION for over 10 years. In 1990 Joe graduated with a BA in History with a minor in Political Science from Longwood University. Joe has more than 38 years in the HVAC industry with more than 30 years as a project manager. Joe has multiple Licenses and Certifications including OSHA 10, ASSE 6020 Medgas Systems Inspector along with a Master’s in HVAC.
