Don Ripley, CHC

As a founding partner, Don has been the President of BION, inc. since its inception in 2008. Don leads the Estimating and Project Management Departments in providing a project delivery system that is efficient, cost effective and client focused. He has over 40 years experience in the mechanical contracting industry and holds a Master License in HVAC in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia. He also holds a Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) certification through the American Society of Healthcare Engineering (ASHE).
