Joe joined BION in 2013 and serves as Senior Project Manager. In 1990, Joe graduated with a BA in History with a minor in Political Science from Longwood University. With more than 38 years in the HVAC industry including 30 years as a project manager, Joe holds multiple licenses and certifications including OSHA 10, ASSE 6020 Medgas Systems Inspector along with a Master’s in HVAC. He is also a Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) through the American Society of Healthcare Engineering (ASHE).
