Ed Devlin graduated from Marymount University with a M. Ed and spent 20 years as a teacher and administrator before going back to school and getting his MS in Administration from the University of Scranton.  Before joining BION, inc. in 2022, Ed worked for 25 years overseas with the last 14 in Saudi Arabia as an HR Advisor and Analyst.  As HR Director, Ed handles a variety of subjects related to employee relations including recruiting and retention strategies, compensation, performance ratings and goal setting.  As part of his role, Ed works closely with the BION Safety and Security Team and coordinates his HR team with the development of all benefits, training & development, and company events planning.  Lastly, Ed obtained his certification as a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) and has membership with local and national SHRM chapters.

Keith has worked as a Construction and Safety Professional in the D.C. Metro Area for the past 25 years. Keith joined BION, inc. in November of 2021, and has worked to update the safety and security training manual and coordinates all field and in-person training at BION sites.  Keith has his Master’s degree in Safety and Environmental Management from West Virginia University and has multiple trainings and certifications including OSHA Authorized Construction Trainer, OSHA 10, 30, 500, and 7200, Silica Competent Person, and ICRA 2.0 to name a few.
