Rick was named a Director of Field Operations in 2023. He joined BION in the first few months of its inception and has been a major force in developing BION’s strong reputation as a leader in the healthcare construction industry. With over 35 years of experience, Rick has been hands on in leading commercial HVAC, plumbing and medical gas projects in most major hospitals in the Washington Metro area. Rick holds a Master’s HVAC license in Virginia, is a certified ASSE Medical Gas Installer and ASME IX Brazer, and is approved by the EPA for CFC Type II Refrigerant Recovery.
